Terms of Service
1. Service description
MatchScan is an AI-driven football analysis tool. We provide statistical predictions, value calculations and structured analysis. We are not a betting operator and we do not place bets on your behalf. Anything you do with the analysis is your decision and your responsibility. The service is for users 18+ only.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and your email up to date.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts violates these terms.
- You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to use sports analysis services in your jurisdiction.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape it, or violate the spirit of fair use.
3. Free tier and trial
- Free registered accounts get 1 AI analysis per month plus access to the daily picks feed (with bookmaker odds and edge hidden).
- Pro and Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with full access. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the monthly subscription rate.
4. Subscriptions and packs
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Packs (one-time credit purchases) do not expire and stack with subscription credits.
- Prices are in EUR and shown including any applicable taxes.
5. Refund policy
Subscriptions: no refunds. The 7-day free trial exists so you can evaluate the service risk-free. Once you transition to a paid period, no partial refunds for unused time.
Packs: no refunds on consumed credits. Unconsumed pack credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have used zero credits from that pack — email [email protected].
Statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected.
6. Acceptable use
- You may not scrape, reverse-engineer or systematically download our content.
- You may not resell our analysis or republish picks without permission.
- You may not attempt to break authentication, payment flow, or access another user's account.
- You may not use the service in jurisdictions where sports-betting analysis is illegal.
7. Disclaimer (important)
MatchScan provides analysis, not betting advice. Past results do not guarantee future returns. Bookmaker odds change continuously and the price you see in our analysis may not be the price you can actually bet at. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. We do not guarantee that any pick will win.
You bet at your own risk and within your own means. If gambling is becoming a problem for you, see our responsible gambling resources.
7a. AI limitations and hallucinations
Parts of the analysis are generated by a Large Language Model (Anthropic Claude). LLMs can produce text that looks confident but is factually wrong — this is commonly called a "hallucination". Examples include:
- Naming a player as injured when they are fit, or vice versa.
- Quoting a league position, points total or recent form figure that doesn't match the live standings.
- Referencing a head-to-head result, a manager, or a tactical setup that is outdated or incorrect.
- Mixing players or facts between two clubs with similar names.
We invest heavily in guardrails — canonical data tables in the prompt, post-generation validators, source-of-truth standings, fuzzy-match guards on roster names — and we constantly improve them. But we cannot guarantee that every sentence in every analysis is factually accurate.
Your responsibility: verify any specific factual claim (injuries, lineups, league position, player statistics, tactical setups, recent results) against an independent source — an official club channel, a major sports data provider — before betting. The numerical model output (probabilities, edge, fair odds, Kelly stake) is generated by the deterministic 6-model ensemble, not by the LLM, and is the part you should weigh most heavily.
If you spot a hallucination, please report it to [email protected] with the analysis ID — we use these reports to harden the validators.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MatchScan and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost bets, missed value, financial loss, or any loss arising from acting on AI-generated text that turns out to be inaccurate. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Intellectual property
The MatchScan brand, AIBG-126 engine, source code, and content are owned by the operator. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
You can close your account anytime from /me/settings or by emailing us. We may close your account for breach of these terms; in such case unconsumed pack credits are refunded pro-rata.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of the operator's domicile, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your habitual residence give you stronger protection. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

1. Descripción del servicio
MatchScan es una herramienta de análisis de fútbol con IA. Ofrecemos predicciones estadísticas, cálculos de valor y análisis estructurado. No somos un operador de apuestas y no hacemos apuestas en tu nombre. Lo que hagas con el análisis es decisión y responsabilidad tuya. El servicio es solo para mayores de 18 años.
2. Tu cuenta
- Eres responsable de mantener segura tu contraseña y actualizado tu email.
- Una cuenta por persona. Compartir cuentas viola estos términos.
- Debes tener 18 años o más y estar legalmente autorizado a usar servicios de análisis deportivo en tu jurisdicción.
- Podemos suspender o cancelar cuentas que abusen del servicio, intenten scrapearlo o violen el espíritu de uso justo.
3. Plan gratuito y prueba
- Las cuentas gratuitas registradas obtienen 1 análisis IA al mes más acceso al feed diario de picks (con cuotas de bookmaker y edge ocultos).
- Las suscripciones Pro y Premium incluyen 7 días de prueba gratuita con acceso completo. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento durante la prueba sin cargo.
- Si no cancelas antes de que termine la prueba, se carga la cuota mensual.
4. Suscripciones y packs
- Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente cada mes. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras; el acceso continúa hasta el fin del periodo en curso.
- Los packs (compra única de créditos) no caducan y se acumulan con los créditos de la suscripción.
- Los precios son en EUR e incluyen cualquier impuesto aplicable.
5. Política de reembolsos
Suscripciones: no hay reembolsos. La prueba gratuita de 7 días existe para evaluar el servicio sin riesgo. Una vez pasas a periodo de pago, no hay reembolsos parciales por tiempo no usado.
Packs: no hay reembolsos sobre créditos consumidos. Los créditos no consumidos se pueden reembolsar en los 14 días desde la compra si no has usado ninguno — escribe a [email protected].
No se afectan los derechos legales bajo la normativa de consumo de la UE.
6. Uso aceptable
- No puedes scrapear, hacer ingeniería inversa ni descargar sistemáticamente nuestro contenido.
- No puedes revender nuestro análisis ni republicar picks sin permiso.
- No puedes intentar romper la autenticación, el flujo de pago o acceder a la cuenta de otro usuario.
- No puedes usar el servicio en jurisdicciones donde el análisis de apuestas deportivas sea ilegal.
7. Aviso (importante)
MatchScan ofrece análisis, no consejo de apuestas. Los resultados pasados no garantizan rendimientos futuros. Las cuotas de los bookmakers cambian constantemente y la cuota que ves en el análisis puede no ser la que puedas apostar. No garantizamos ningún resultado. No garantizamos que ningún pick gane.
Apuestas bajo tu propio riesgo y dentro de tus posibilidades. Si el juego te está afectando, consulta nuestros recursos de juego responsable.
7a. Limitaciones de la IA y "alucinaciones"
Parte del análisis lo genera un modelo de lenguaje grande (Anthropic Claude). Los LLM pueden producir texto que parece seguro pero es factualmente incorrecto — a esto se le llama "alucinación". Ejemplos:
- Indicar a un jugador como lesionado cuando está apto, o al revés.
- Citar una posición en la liga, puntos o forma reciente que no coincide con la clasificación real.
- Referenciar un H2H, entrenador o esquema táctico desactualizado o incorrecto.
- Mezclar jugadores o datos entre dos clubes con nombres similares.
Invertimos mucho en barreras — tablas de datos canónicos en el prompt, validadores post-generación, clasificaciones desde fuente de verdad, comprobaciones de roster — y las mejoramos constantemente. Pero no podemos garantizar que cada frase de cada análisis sea factualmente correcta.
Tu responsabilidad: verifica cualquier afirmación factual concreta (lesiones, alineaciones, posición en la liga, estadísticas de jugador, esquemas tácticos, resultados recientes) en una fuente independiente — canal oficial del club o un proveedor de datos deportivos reconocido — antes de apostar. La salida numérica del modelo (probabilidades, edge, cuota justa, Kelly) la genera el ensemble determinista de 6 modelos, no el LLM, y es la parte que debes ponderar más.
Si detectas una alucinación, repórtala a [email protected] con el ID del análisis — usamos estos reportes para reforzar los validadores.
8. Responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, MatchScan y sus operadores no son responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, incluyendo pero no limitado a apuestas perdidas, valor perdido, pérdida financiera o cualquier pérdida derivada de actuar sobre texto generado por IA que resulte ser inexacto. Nuestra responsabilidad total, si la hubiera, se limita al importe que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.
9. Propiedad intelectual
La marca MatchScan, el motor AIBG-126, el código fuente y el contenido son propiedad del operador. Recibes una licencia no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar el servicio con fines personales y no comerciales.
10. Cambios en estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Los cambios sustanciales se comunicarán a los suscriptores por email con 30 días de antelación. El uso continuado tras la fecha efectiva constituye aceptación.
11. Cancelación
Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde /me/settings o escribiéndonos. Podemos cerrar tu cuenta por incumplimiento de estos términos; en tal caso los créditos de pack no consumidos se reembolsan a prorrata.
12. Ley aplicable y resolución de disputas
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Las disputas se resolverán ante los tribunales del domicilio del operador, salvo que las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu residencia habitual te otorguen una protección mayor. Los consumidores de la UE pueden usar la plataforma de Resolución de Litigios en Línea de la Comisión Europea.
